INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
An Internship at Relentless Athletics will allow you to experience hands-on, individualized coaching for school-aged FEMALE athletes in a semi-private setting.
You will be able to gain experience working with athletes ranging from middle school, high school, collegiate division I, II, III, and recreational athletes
As a Relentless intern, you will be provided a curriculum incorporating classroom/ lab experiences, programming, and co-coaching. Our goal is to help our interns develop into employable strength coaches who are competent in the following areas:
Strength & Conditioning training modalities, as it pertains to developing female athlete performance
Periodized Program design
High-level understanding of pre/post-pubescent needs & differences.
Coaching tactics specifically with an adolescent female population
Injury, rehab, and return to play paradigms
Sports Nutrition Coaching
Speed & Agility Coaching
EXPECTATION OF APPLICANTS
Be competent in teaching dynamic warm-ups and individual warm-ups
Demonstrate knowledge of strength training techniques & an eagerness to learn how to implement weightlifting with the female athlete population
Be excited to learn and accept constructive criticism
Must be comfortable interacting with athletes, parents, etc.
Be able to help cultivate and maintain the unique environment present at Relentless.
Present yourself in a manner that will reinforce your status as a role model for impressionable young female athletes.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Location: 3050 Campus Drive, Hatfield, PA 19446
Compensation: School credit or possibility for travel monthly stipend,
Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate is working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in exercise science or a related field, and currently has or is working towards her CSCS.

Option 1: Monday-Tuesday(1:00-8:30pm))- Friday (1:00 to 7pm)
Tuesday 11:30-1 pm for staff lift!
Option 2: Wednesday-Thursday (1:00-8:30pm))- Friday (1:00 to 7pm)
Thursday11:30-1 pm for staff lift!

Start Date: May 19th, 2025
End Date: Aug 7th, 2025

Days/Hours:
3 weeks in “school hours”
Monday-Thursday (1:00-8:30pm))
Tuesday & Thursday begins at 11:30-1 pm for staff lift
Friday (1:00 to 7pm)
The remainder of time on “summer hours”
Monday-Thursday-Friday or Sunday: 9A-1P
Option 1: 8:30A-4:00P
Option 2: 12:30P-7:00P
